POLICIES

Almost all of our pieces are made-to-order just for you!  With that said, please allow 1-2 weeks of production time before your order is shipped out.  I am a one woman show, and I do my best to get your orders out in a timely manner.  If you need your order to be shipped out sooner than the allotted production time, please contact me and we will work something out.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail.  If you need your order expedited, please email me at frances.mikastudio@gmail.com and we will make accommodations.  All pieces are shipped ready to be gifted.  If you need a special note added, please contact me and we’ll make that happen! Once we send out your package we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refunds at this time.  All pieces are FINAL SALE. Each piece is Made-to-Order for you by little ol’ me, so please make sure you truly love a piece before you purchase.  Because these pieces are handmade, there may be some slight variations.  If you are truly unhappy with the pieces that you receive, please contact me and we will work together to solve any issues.  If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you promptly!

CARE

Each piece is created with care and made to last.  The best way to store your earrings is either laying flat or hanging. Storing incorrectly may cause the strands to wrinkle up or break.  They are quite delicate so please take good care of them and handle with care, so they can join you on many more adventures!  Avoid going into water with them on, even though you may really want to.  If you need a repair, I am happy to do so.  Please email me.

LOST ONE EARRING

Oh no, you’ve lost one half of your pair!  If this happens, email me and we will work together to get you a new single.  It will be half the cost of the original full price.  You will have to ship the one you have to me, that way we can make an exact copy.  All shipping costs will be paid by customer.
